Really enjoyed trying out the Lenny Lamb Preschool carrier with my daughters over the last few days.
The carrier is recommended from age 1 to age 6yrs - max 30kg. The carrier has an adjustable back panel that can be adjusted on height and width, to fit your child perfectly. The waistband has their new buckle closure, where the buckle can be easily unclipped with one hand. The small pouch on the wasitband with the magnetic closure is very handy for keeping phone/nappy/purse handy. The shoulder straps which can be worn crossed or rucksack style have dual adjustable straps which means that no matter what direction you're pulling the webbing, you're never pulling at an awkward angle against your wrist. There are pfa's (perfect fit adjusters) on the shoulder straps so the carrier will fit a wide range of sizes. The baby hood unclips and is elasticated with long straps, which makes for easy reaching when back carrying. The small pouch on the wasitband with the magnetic closure is very handy for keeping phone/nappy/purse handy. I really like the level of padding on the shoulder straps and waistband and always feel that it gives great support. The carrier comes in a range of patterns with something to suit everyone. Things that draw me to LennyLamb: I have always liked carriers with pfa's as I found them so handy when breastfeeding. I would have the pfa's closed and then open them when I wanted to adjust the carrier slightly to breastfeed my baby, it meant it was easier for me to readjust the carrier and keep my little one in a comfortable position when they were feeding. I really like the option of straps that cross or can be worn rucksack style. I like supporting a homegrown family friendly busiiness I initially tried the LennyLamb Preschool carrier with my 3yr old and carried her in front and on my back. It was lovely to have some slingy cuddles with her as she wants to walk and scoot everywhere and will hardly ever go up in the carrier. I put the carrier to the test by putting my almost 7yr old in a back carry and was pleasantly surprised at how well her legs were supported and that the back panel reached right up to her neck. Her weight sat on my hips so I'd definitely be able to carry her for a quick 30mins or so although it would be almost never she'd be looking for me to carry her at all these days but it's great to have the option when you're out on a long hike or a day at the zoo! All in all, I'm really happy with this new addition to the Lenny Lamb family and I'll be looking forward to customer feedback as the carrier is also available to hire so you can try before you buy!

Hi! The pictures are great, could you tell me the height of your kids in the picture? I have a tall 3 year old and I’m trying to to figure out how long the Lenny Lamb Preschool carrier would work for her. Thanks!

Hi Anna, my daughter is 2yrs 3mths old in these pictures and in age 3yr old clothes. There's plenty of growing space left in this carrier for her as it has an adjustable height and width on the back panel. Get in touch if you'd like to hire it to try it out!
