Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping

**Please note that orders being shipping into UK from Ireland will incur additional customs charges that will be payable by you upon receipt of your parcel and will not be covered by Leanbh Babywearing. Please factor that additional cost before making your purchase.**

All items shipped nationally (unless specifically stated at the checkout) are shipped by Courier with signature required. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has shipped.
Gift Certificates are sent by standard post (no tracking), free of charge.
Parcels being shipped outside of Ireland are shipped via International Courier and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your parcel has shipped.
Current delivery estimate is up to 5 working days for deliveries in Ireland and up to 15 working days for UK and Europe. Please contact us if you have not received your products within a day of these shipping times.

Returns:
We hope you will be happy with the products you have purchased from Leanbh Babywearing. However, we do understand that things happen; you might change your mind about your purchase and in some instances we know that even with the best of care and packaging, items can get damaged in transit. Set out below are some details on how to return your products. If you have any questions about the returns procedure, please contact me or send an email to enquire.
You are entitled to a Cooling Off Period and you may return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund, providing the product is unused, still in the original packaging and is suitable for re-sale. If you wish to return your purchase(s), please contact me to arrange return of your product by completing this Returns Form or by email if you prefer. The customer shall bear the cost of return postage in this instance - items are to be returned by registered post/courier/signed for.
If a product is found to be damaged in transit, please notify the delivery driver if possible or notify us as soon as you become aware of the issue. Please complete this Returns Form or contact us by email. Additional information will be required by the delivery company. Cost of return postage will be covered by Leanbh Babywearing.
If a product is considered faulty or not fit for purpose, please contact Leanbh Babywearing immediately upon receipt and send it back to us within 7 days for a replacement or a full refund. Where a product has been deemed faulty, cost of return postage will be refunded to you. Please complete this Returns Form or contact us by email.
In every instance, we request that you return your products using registered post/signed for service/courier, as Leanbh Babywearing is not responsible for any goods that may be lost or damaged whilst in return transit to us. We also ask that you include a copy of your purchase invoice or a note stating your name, address and contact number and your Leanbh Babywearing order number so that we may process your return efficiently.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
