    ​Online form to notify Leanbh Babywearing of intention to return goods

    Important Notes:

    ​I will contact you on receipt of this form submission to confirm the return procedure.  Please ensure that you enclose a copy of the purchase invoice or a note of your Name, Address and Phone Number with the goods that you are returning.

    In every instance we would ask that goods are returned by registered (insured) post as goods in transit are not covered by Leanbh Babywearing.  Registered (insured) Post offers additional protection to you as a signature is required and the goods are insured by An Post whilst in transit.

    Cooling Off Period:
    ​You have a right to a 14 Day Cooling Off Period from the date of receipt of your product(s).  During the cooling-off period, you can cancel or return your order without giving a reason and without incurring charges or penalties, other than postal charges incurred in returning the goods.  Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to do so.  We will not cover the cost of return postage under this cooling off period.

    ​General Returns:
    ​ Items deemed to be damaged in transit by An Post will require an additional form to be completed to assist with reclaiming the cost of the goods.  Please keep a copy of all documentation that you send to An Post. 

    ​If you have received goods deemed to be faulty, please note that we may need to contact you for further information.  We will cover the cost of return postage for goods confirmed to be faulty, either by sending you a prepaid return postage label or by refunding cost of return postage paid.  Please return faulty goods within 7 days of notifying us of same.

    ​Refunds will be sent as per the original payment method and can take up to 5 working days.  We will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
