​Slings and carriers are generally broken down into 5 categories of the main types of slings that are available on the market today:  Soft Structured Carriers (SSC or Buckle Carriers), Asian Baby Carriers (Meh Dai, Podaegi, Onbuhimo), Ring Slings, Woven Wraps and Stretchy Wraps.  There is a sling or carrier to suit everyone, best place to start is by trying out as many as possible to see what suits you both.
